Annual General Meeting + Christmas Show

Join us for our Annual General Meeting at the Parkside Centre on Durham Street in Sudbury. Doors open at 1:15 pm for socializing and light refreshments. Please bring your own coffee mug or travel mug.
Annual General Meeting, Elections, and Seasonal Entertainment
- Year-end Reports and Elections begin at 2:00 pm.
- Enjoy entertainment by a ‘Brass Quartet’ who perform in the Sudbury Symphony. It will be a delight to have them perform for us.
- Come early to view the show of floral designs and artistic displays by our members, and socialize while enjoying special seasonal treats and refreshments.
- Remember that additional nominations can be made from the floor during the AGM elections.
